Think and Grow Healthy

by scott.tate 31. January 2009 10:50

I met a fascinating man last night, Jorge Ramos and am presently reading The Napolean Hill book, "Think and Grow Rich" and know it is no fluke.  The combination of these happening has given me the impetus to put pen to paper and describe what it is I really do:

Build your health to live your dreams.

Working with Choose to Stay Well means having someone to oversee your health and co-ordinate the efforts and goals of your health team members to meet your own goals and dreams present and future.  To do this you need some simple things.

First, you need the desire, the mindset, that you want to be the healthiest, longest-lived and most successful you there can be.  You need to desire the value in your health.

Second, you need to surround yourself with experts you trust and respect and build a plan towards achieving your personally perfect health.

Finally, you need to strive toward this goal, prepared to endure the challenges and changes that your life and lifestyle will need to endure to build this optimal health and not quit 3 feet before the gold.

Choose to Stay Well will find these experts, build your health team, create a complete and evolving picture of your health and co-ordinate with you and your health team to identify short, medium and long term goals towards your optimal health.  All you need to do is the behaviour, Choose to Stay Well and your health team will do the rest.

If you are not choosing to stay well, what are you choosing?
