So What do I do next?

Building on the Success of our first three Intimate (max 6 participant) Body Confidence classes we will be offering a Body Confidence Revolution class starting October 27th.

This class will run every Tuesday evening from 6.30-8.30 for 4 weeks and provides previous Body Confidence graduates the opportunity to deepen their practices and put more of their minds into cultivating their own personal body confidence with specific activities and exercises to be discussed and shared each week to capitalize on the intimate group interactions.  This course is also designed for newcomers that have had their lightbulb moment and realized that they need to reconnect with themselves first in order to make real, lasting change.
