I have been attendingbusiness development sessions of late and a focal point of these sessions is onbeing able to define the benefits of the services you offer. My challenge in this is in knowing andconstantly researching about the wide and varied health benefits from healthy, balance living I find it almost cheating the field to pick one thing. However,I have found the endeavour enlightening and encourage everyone to seek tounderstand the benefits of your actions and habits towards long, healthy andvital living. In short, get yourmind in the game.
Putting my mind into thegame I have come to realize that what I offer is the opportunity for you tosave your energy and put it towards better health and performance both mentallyand physically.
Choosing to Stay Well issaving your wasted energy and helping you manage it towards better health andperformance. If I can’t provideyou the tools myself, I will connect you with the practitioners that can.
In order for us tounderstand this however, we need to redefine some terms so our minds can beworking towards a similar goal.
Performance and Health: Measuresof your ability to use your energy towards completing a task as efficiently andeffectively as possible.
Ergonomics and Posture: Theability to hold yourself and move, supported or not, in the best possible wayso as not to produce any added strain (waste energy).
Stress: The accumulationof mental, physical and nutritional events that prevent your body fromfunctioning optimally (using energy most efficiently).
The pattern that emergesis quite simple and clear. If yougive your bodies the fuel and tools to use energy and manage stress efficientlyyou will reach an optimal level of personal performance both mentally andphysically.
Taking this a step furtherwhat do we pay and get paid for in life? At the end of the day, we pay for energy to fuel us and we get paid forour ability to transform this energy into mental and physical products. If your ability to handle these energyins and outs is at all compromised, you will not be performing at your best andyou will not be performing at this level, no matter how high, for as long asyou plan to.
