Scott (pictured above left), president and head consultant with Choose, has and does spend much of his time reading, researching and practicing in the areas of health and wellness promotion and is coming to realize with ever-increasing certainty that an "Optimal" health is not a one-size-fits-all situation.

An optimal health is a unique state for each individual and perhaps more importantly, is experienced uniquely by each individual.

However, science and research in North America and abroad have developed numerous ways to test our present internal health and 'balance' that can provide us far more insight into our actual present state.

Understanding this present state is the essential first step towards creating a realistic self-image and then towards building a readiness to change.  Once this readiness is built and clear goals are set, true and lasting changes in health can be made which have a direct impact on physical, mental, sexual, reproductive, occupational, inter and intra-personal communication and athletic and performance and happiness.

This is a lofty statement, Choose service's and this webpage exist to help people with lofty goals for their health and performance, and an understanding of the value of their health find and stick to a path to achieve this goals in the most individualized and lasting sense.

The first step is to understand that there is a better health in you waiting to be unlocked, the second is to create a realistic self-image of your health from the inside out using as many of the most cutting edge tools and measures that science has created for us, the third is to take action under the guidance of your customized health team and finally it is to become a student of your body.
