EVENTS:
Building on the success of our first Body Confidence course, Cheryl Laird Coaching and Choose to Stay Well Inc. will be offering a second course beginning on Thursday July 9, 2009!
This partnership will be extended into the fall with another 6 week course offered through the Wellington Continuing Education system in Guelph, Ontario. Date and times soon to follow.
Beginning Monday July 6th Scott Tate will be guiding a Mindful Movement Drop-in Class from 11.30 am to 1 pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday all year long designed to help you use it, lose it and love it... rain, snow and shine in Guelph's gorgeous Exhibition Park (meeting at the entrance to the tennis courts). All are welcome!
